This high-rise tower consists of approximately 340k sf of office in the South Lake Union neighborhood with a ground floor market hall that connects the ground level to the surrounding neighborhood. Light wells are carved out of the lower five floors bringing light into the ground floor retail common areas. Large hydraulic doors bring the outside in at grade and a mid-block connecting stair provides additional flow through the building.
