Kirkland Parkplace - Entitlements and Schematic Design - 2009 while at LMN Architects
This unbuilt 1,600,000 sf mixed use development was taken through the entitlements process with the city of Kirkland Washington. Urban planning and architecture studies were done over the course of multiple years and many design review board meetings were had. During those meetings many diverging opinions and suggestions influenced the project. This sampling represents some of the work in preparation for or presented at design review.
